Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at or prior to the start of each lesson. Accepted forms of payment include cash and Venmo.
Failure to submit payment at the time of service may result in the cancellation of future sessions and/or the forfeiture of scheduled time slots until payment is received.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled lessons. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened session, as lessons cannot be extended beyond the reserved time slot. Full payment is required regardless of arrival time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Any cancellation made within 24 hours will be charged the full lesson fee.
Clients who accumulate three (3) cancellations may forfeit their recurring weekly time slot and/or be subject to limited rebooking availability at the instructor's discretion.
Rescheduling Policy
Lessons may be rescheduled as long as the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
Rescheduled lessons must take place within the same calendar week as the original lesson. Requests to move a lesson to a future week will be treated as a cancellation of the original lesson and are subject to the Cancellation Policy.
Any request to reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be considered a late cancellation and the full lesson fee will apply.
Weather Policy
All lessons conducted at an outdoor facility may be impacted by weather conditions.
In cases of severe weather, including thunder, lightning, or heavy rain, the instructor will determine whether a lesson will be canceled, rescheduled, or possibly relocated.
Weather-related decisions will be made as soon as possible and no later than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
At the instructor’s discretion, an indoor training option may be offered when available. Indoor availability is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Lessons will proceed in light rain. The Cancellation Policy remains in full effect under these conditions.
