Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at or prior to the start of each lesson. Accepted forms of payment include cash and Venmo.
Failure to submit payment at the time of service may result in the cancellation of future sessions and/or the forfeiture of scheduled time slots until payment is received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Any cancellation made within 24 hours will be charged the full lesson fee.
Clients are permitted a maximum of three (3) cancellations. Upon a third cancellation, the client will forfeit their recurring weekly time slot.
Weather Policy
All lessons conducted at an outdoor facility may be impacted by weather conditions.
In cases of severe weather, including thunder, lightning, or heavy rain, the instructor will determine whether a lesson will be canceled, rescheduled, or relocated.
Weather-related decisions will be made no later than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
At the instructor’s discretion, an indoor training option may be offered when available. Indoor availability is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Lessons will proceed in light rain. The Cancellation Policy remains in full effect under these conditions.
